Last updated 1 October 2026. These are starter terms for ordering from makesoft-domains. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a lawyer.

Services

makesoft-domains sells domain name registration and shared hosting. Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Checkout charges those same amounts. Card numbers are collected by the payment provider, not stored here.

Billing and renewals

Checkout, invoices, and renewals happen in your account. A domain renews for the term you select unless you turn auto-renew off before the invoice is due. Unpaid hosting invoices suspend the service after the grace period shown in your account, 14 days unless that setting changes. Hosting continues on the billing cycle shown at checkout until you cancel it.

Domains

You agree to keep registrant contact details accurate. WHOIS privacy is included where the registry allows it. .ca names follow CIRA disclosure rules. makesoft-domains is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. Registrations are provided through our upstream registry partners.

Hosting

Shared hosting is for ordinary websites and mail. Do not use it for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk email, or activity that disrupts other customers on the server.
